FC idle issue

i am having some issues with my idle. it does the cold start warm up, after i drive it for a while it drops down to 750ish, sometimes before dropping down it will bounce around 1000-1500. sometimes after dropping to 750, it will fall even further, and even stall out. anyone know what this could be? and how to fix?

Start w/the simple things and set the TPS. Green/Red wire should read 1 volt w/key to on after the car is warmed up (spirited 20 minute drive).

All you need is a multimeter.
