FB3 project car

I have gotten a hold of a 1984 RX-7 GSL with a 5 speed. Many things under the hood are unhooked, cut or just gone. Anybody have any idea of where to start? This is my RX-7 and I plan on making it into a track car. ANYONE please help. Links, books, etc. I will read anything! The links on the frequently asked questions for 1st gen aren't working anymore.

welcome to the board.

not sure why they're not working for you, but the ones i tried worked. anyway, if nothing else, try to get to the link for the FSM (it's in the initial post). if that fails, buy/order a Haynes Manual.

chances are if you're making this a track car as you said, then a lot of that stuff may be getting 86'd anyway, but at least you will learn what's what.

Would a 85 shop manual be better. Clean out all the junk in the car when I got and found some goodies! That happened to be one of them
