One of the side window trims on my FB is broken, and I need to get one off a car, and install it on mine, I already cracked one trying to get one off, so rather than break another...

I hope I don't seem like a newb, but I did everything I was supposed to. I looked at the FSM, it didn't tell me anything except that I need to remove it, no ****. Also I searched both the 1st gen technical and the new member technical and couldn't find anything.

But here's my question, how the hell do you get that off without breaking/cracking it?
