Failed Instrument cluster

Hey guys i need some help.
So, i was driving and i hit a bump a little hard, nothing major and here in VA we have a lot of those.
and my dashboard slips off and hit the plastic of my instrument panel.
everything stopped working besides my speedometer which has been, now, acting funny.
i checked my relay and it was fine. and nothing was unplugged from my ECU. All the wires connected to the board on the back of the IC was in and firm.
So i'm lost.
I am a noobie and help would be great. thanks guys.

Check the Meter fuse as it powers the gauges besides the speedometer. And what relay did you check? And the ECU should not have anything to do with the inner workings of the gauges. Perhaps you meant CPU but that too is not a factor.

I checked the main fuse
I printed out the wiring diagrams and I thought it connected to the main fuse and then to the ecu. But I check every relay and fuse and everything is getting voltage and Is functioning. All wires are plugged in. I assume I have a short somewhere but it doesn't make sense to me because all I did was hit a bump.

I said 'Meter fuse" and not Main fuse (Meter,Meter,Meter,Meter.................). The Meter fuse is in the interior fusebox and again, relays have nothing to do with your gauge cluster.
