Exhaust/Oil Leak-help

Hey guys, I know this is problem is probably explained in another thread but I either haven't found it or looked hard enough but your feedback is very much appreciated. Ok, as you know I have an exhaust leak that is most likely oil. My brother said he saw bluish white smoke one morning, but whenever I start it I only see white smoke. My car does have oil leaks for sure and seems like it is coming from somewhere near the transmission. I am not very mechanically literate so bare with me. I checked the engine compression from the front and rear spark plugs and got 90/100. So I am assuming the seals is not the case. My FD has 98.5k mileage and I will do a rebuild soon but would like to run this motor as much as I can safely without it blowing out on me. Where could the leak be coming from? It might be leaking into the exhaust. That I am not sure. I have aftermarket 3 inch downpipe, midpipe, and catback. If you can give me your input and costs of the repairs you suggest. Also, if you know any rotary specialists that are trustable/knowledgable with good deals and specializing in engine rebuilds in southern california PLEASE LET ME KNOW. All your help is very much appreciated.

compression is a little low (the 90) but I would probably be looking at the Turbo(s) for your leak.
