Electrical problem!!
When I first start up the car, it turns on fine. Everything is working normally . the battery recharges it self and stays between 13-15 volts while running. these are pictures that I took after 4 min of having the car run.

Now this is where the problem comes into play. As I continue to let the car warm up, all the lights on the clock warning panel start to come on and off as shown on this picture.

when the lights on the clock warning panel come on the battery begins to drain lower and lower. after a while longer the lights on the clock warning panel just stay on until the battery is drained as shown on these pictures.

any suggestions on what it could be?

check your alternator when you see the voltage start to drop unplug the positive wire might be a bad alternator.... although its weird how it charges up when its cold....i have heard that once the voltage drops all the lights come on the warning panel... just suggesting might be that simple you never know when your working on a car...
First check your battery terminals. Measure the resistance from chassis to the negative post of your battery. You should get .05 ohms anything higher than that means, it corroded and need to be cleaned up. Do the same on the positive post to the main fuse 80 amps.

Had a similar problem on a buick. check your battery terminals, if the altenator is running fine and one of your battery terminals are corroded (mine was corroded and actually fell off) the altenator cant recharge the battery and goes to your cars computer making all the lights bug out.
update!
So I checked the wires and battery terminals. They are all in good condition. I finally took the car to an auto parts store. Turns out that the alternator is bad. Going to changed out tomorrow and hope nothing else turn up.
Thanks for all the help!
