electrical problem

i got my car from storage, when he put the battery in he crossed polarity.i put in a new main fuse (80 amp) and the car fired up no problems.i started to drive home and noticed no clock.i tried the stereo(after market)nothing,no interior lights as well.everything else works,oh i also found a mouse nest in the air filter.so now i ask if maybe problem has more to do with a chewed common wire or something of that nature.if any ideas as where to look it would be appreciated.forgot to mention, there is power in fuse box and fuses look fine.thanks!
