Electric Fan for GSL-SE
Determined that the engine vibration on my 84 13B at 5500 RPM was due to the fan via process of elimination. Now looking to install an electric fan.
I'm sure that folks have written on aftermarket or junkyard swaps and hoping to get an experienced guy's recommendation (or link to a good thread) on an economical way to go electric with the cooling fan. I saw something about using a Taurus fan and shroud.

OEM fan is always the best idea. But if you do go electric make sure it connects into the coolant temp sensor or have a similar method so it can automatically cycle at low speeds.
So it sounds like the fan control can read the stock temp sender in parallel with the stock ECU? I assume the fan controls can be set to desired voltage or resistance at the temp sensor?
