Lightbulb electircal problem

i have a white rx7 2gen from 1991 my alternator belt keeps breaking i keep replacing it it keeps breaking now i replaced the main fuse and got new battery but all the electrical in the interior of the car will not work this includes my radio dash door lights, but also this includes my tail lights i have reverse light but no tail light any body have any idea whats wrong?? leaven for service planning on doing complete restore when i get out of basic

Your post is very difficult to understand because there is no punctuation, but I think I have the basics of what you are asking.

First, check the condition of the pulleys to make sure that the belt is not being worn away. Are they all even? Smooth inside? Is there belt dust around the area?

Are you over tightening the belt?

When you connected the new battery, did you connect it backwards?
