the "standard" answer (which is also the sensible one) is that you should use whichever system your tuner is familiar with. that said, it will also depend heavily on what you are able to realistically afford.
in the event you are going to do this all by yourself, you should familiarize yourself with the basics of the average EMS, then see what features appeal to you and what features you would be willing to do without for the sake of your budget.
