CA Eccentric Shaft cracked

I purchased a bunch of parts for a 13b TII, and now I find that the shaft has a small crack on the rotor journal. It's directly opposite the oil hole and the crack is very small, one on each journal actually. Should I consider it done for?

Can you post a pic or two of it.
Personally any cracks on highly stressed parts such as an E-shaft I would not use.You are asking for catastrophic failure.

Sure it's just not a scratch? A little bit of rough handling can easily scratch it.

If the mark is actually a crack, then don't use the shaft. There's no reason to take the risk when eccentric shafts are a dime a dozen.

Cracks are pretty rare I think, but that's definitely a crack. Regardless, that e-shaft doesn't look much good anyway. Those journals look pretty scored....like it lost oil or it was rarely changed.
