Hi guys,
I have an S8 rx7 and while trying to change the vacuum hoses I managed to snap the vacuum hose nipple on the double throttle actuator. I tried tapping the hole and threading a new nipple on but this only lasted a few months before it started to crack. I would have bought a replacement but it is doesn't have an individual part number and can only be purchased with the upper intake manifold.

Has anyone else had this issue and how did you fix it?

 

that part can be bypassed/deleted with no ill effects. since repairing it has failed, replacement is your next option. being in Australia, getting the part shipped from the states could be costly even though its small. i recommend looking into a delete. its really not all that important. its more of a safety against stupid people.
