double-click start, other questions
Hey guys. I've done a search and looked through the FAQ for 3rd gen rx7's, but couldn't find anything relating to this.
once in a while, when I go to start the car, she'll click instead of cranking over. Usually on the second try, she'll start right up. Battery has good voltage and such... I heard from allrotor93 it's a double click start problem and to do a search, i'ts like a 20 minute fix... but I searched and all i could find was completely unrelated stuff or other starting problems.
Also, I need to get new bushings and a boost gauge... any good recommendations?

I was having the same problem until yesterday, I checked the starter solenoid on the drivers side inner fender well, it wasnt allowing electricity to flow through all the time. 15 bucks and 10 minutes later it started up every time i hit the key, hasnt done that since i bought it.

could also be a loose battery connection, easy fix there.
As far as bushings go, I'd recommend looking for a polyurethane set, and just make sure you get a name brand boost gauge and it should be good.
