Hi Don,
There are no local shops for us in NoVA, two newer ones within a few hours are Angel Motorsports and Unique Precision Rotary. My Recommendation is to take the car to IR Performance in New Jersey for an engine rebuild or a replacement with an all new OEM short block. They can also take care of any reliability modifications or desired upgrades.
Myself and a friend took our cars there recently for rebuilds, single turbo kits, and tuning. We have had solid running cars since picking them up.

Their website is IR Performance LLC | 155 Carr Ave, Keansburg, NJ 07734 Tel. (732) 662-1794 , if you call the listed phone number and speak to Ihor he can give you an overview of what to expect and discuss the rebuild or build.

I'm about 30 minutes from you if you'd want to check out my car sometime. Do you ever make it out to meets?

Thank you so much for the info
Would love to come to a meet when the car is fixed.
Thanks again
