Same difference.
This is kind of a pointless and potentially damaging mod though if the engine is assembled and in the car. The only time really to do it is when the engine is being rebuilt, and even then it's sort of a "reliability" mod on the very off chance that the oil bypass thermostat could fail. They rarely do.
