Do you think ot would be possible to get titanium or aluminium lug studs?

Just something I was thinking of. I doubt the performace difference would be noticable but hey, less weight off unsprung mass is always good, not to mention drivetrain weight. Not sure on aluminum, since I know its weaker than titanium, and those lug studs at 10/10ths would be under some metal fatiguing stress, like drag launches, might be safer to go with titanium there, unless I dunno someone forged the lugstuds or something, I dunno.
Obviously I'd get 20 of these.

As you said, the weight savings over a set of chromoly ARP studs, especially near the center of the rotating mass, would be minimal. Cost of titanium, if they make them, might be silly. Though they make titanium lug nuts.
As Sgtblue said, the weight savings between titanium studs/lug nuts and their steel equivalents is minimal, and since it's near the center of the rotating mass, it's an extremely low bang-for-the-buck payoff. Doubt there's any AL alloys that would be strong enough to work in a stud/lug nut application. Better off getting lighter & smaller wheels if you want to reduce unsprung weight.

considering I want to start being a regular at my local quartermile eventually, well I'd definitely be foncerned about the ability for a titanium lug stud to withstand those stresses and metal fatigue of hard drag launches.

Cletus McFarland has titanium lug nuts on his corvette. He made a video about them. They absolutely are wildy expensive and I'm not so sure titanium lugs are going to be your biggest concern when building a drag car. I'm sure a steel lug will be more than adequate for whatever you're doing.
