In the FAQ thread:

There are a few links to Buyer's Guides:

Depending on what the owner means by turbo oil seals, it could either be the gaskets for the oil piping to/from the turbors (which are relatively easy) or turbo seals internal to the turbos (which require new turbos).

The car looks to be in pretty good condition and the fact that its close to stock means that it hasn't been modified in a risky manner. I would ask for a compression test and proceed from there. Also ask if any bushings have been changed. At 125k, my car needed lots of rear suspension bushings to eliminate all the clunking.

It doesn't seem like a bad car.

$300 to get the turbos rebuilt isn't quite reality. Stock turbos are generally not rebuildable, but fortunately you can find used stock turbo sets for $300-500 plus labor. If you're not DIY expect several hours of labor cost too.

LOL at the 180mph and 30mpg stuff. Expect 15mpg, maybe 20mpg on a good day with the stock ECU. Tuned aftermarket ECUs can do somewhat better if you drive it gently.
