do you know what this is ?????

in my car this is just pluged up with a skrew, is it part of the omp? what do i do to it?

Yeah, that's the manifold for the air lines to the oil injectors. See the attached image.

"What do I do with it?" Depends on whether or not you have disabled the MOP. If so, you don't need it. If you still want the MOP system to be operative, you gotta connect the "skrew"ed thing to a source of air with a hose. Off hand I don't recall just where it is connected.

Mazda calls it the Metering Oil Pump (MOP) in the factory service manual. Apparently some owners/members on the forum prefer the term, Oil Metering Pump (OMP). So take your pick.

I would highly suggest that you stuff rags or something in all of those openings on your engine. Especially, if it is outside like in the picture.

When you put the engine back together, that line will be connected to the larger port on the front of the throttle body. It requires a metered air source rather than vacuum.

It' no so much of a metered air source as it's a filtered fresh air source. If connected to a vacuum source it would suck the oil backwards.
