Dirt?
Hello,
I have been tinkering with the idea of trying to enter a rally and was wondering if anyone was familiar with this realm of racing. I was looking to see if anyone had experience with the rx7 on dirt and had any recommendations for parts when building a car for this purpose. I have seen a nearly stock s4 NA run the LSPR, but I have been fiddling with my car for years now was wondering what I should be aiming for. A different perspective is always welcome.
Currently as it sits,
koyo rad,
10 psi rtek 1.7
sway bars
fuel- pump and regualtor
battery relocate

I believe he has an '88 T2. however, yes, in the future when posting a technical question, it helps to include your generation and any pertinent mods. in fact, I think there is a sticky that states as such. I can't state this enough, details help your questions get answered quicker and more accurately.
by the way, i'm not singling you out, so don't feel like I am. it's just that the subject has come up yet again.

You definitely want full independant suspension. My uncle rallied an 84 gsl for 5 years. You obviously want the right tires, and a hydraulic hand brake. Suspension is the key though.
