Dim Left Tail Light 91 convertible

I’m having a problem with my plate lights and my lady tail light is dim I looked into it a bit could be a bad ground wire so I hear and I looked into the wiring diagram but didn’t get what I was looking for (I have no clue what I was looking at) if anyone has any intel on where I could find the ground wire or any info that could lead to me even finding out the problem that would be dope

On the schematic, B is for black. If I am remembering correctly those lights are grounded to the chassis. Taking apart the trunk lining near the tail lights should get you close. Look for black wires screwed to the body of the car with a bright light.

Unscrew them, clean the lug with scotch bright and ad some dielectric grease to the connection. When I do grounds I keep the old screw, remove the paint until metal, coat with dielectric and add a star washer on top of the lug. Then then reassemble.
Most will just clean the lug, chase the threads of the hole and use a new screw. It is less contact area with ground but it does work. Good luck hunting.
