Well I picked up an ls1 FD3 1993, The dash lights and tail lights do not work.
I tried the relays on the radiator, checked all fuses. Nothing
Driving me nuts.
headlights, brake lights and turn signals work.

Any ideas. And yes i have searched. Keeps coming back with the front relay and i have tried that!

I've never worked on a 3rd-gen car, but general electrical stuff should be pretty similar. If you're sure it's not a fuse or relay, test the bulbs individually, then start tracing wires. Also, check for power coming through the switch. Do the front marker lights work? Those should be on the same circuit...
