Custom Dashboard meters

Hey all, I was wanting some kind of blue lighting on the back of my speedometers and RPM meters and stuff like that. Is this possible? How does one go about doing this? At first I thought this would be simple, just installing blue LEDs onto the stock ones but I think it's more complicated than that....right?

I dont own an rx7 but my buddy has one and it seems like the cluster face itself is amber in color. That would be harder to change to lets say blue. On my 240, my cluster letters are white so i can change it to many colors.

Hmm, so would doing this be almost impossible? I would be happy even if it was some sort of a shade of blue...XD

I just have a question. Even if the cluster face itself is amber in color...It still is possible to change the bulb color inside right??

Not sure I think that the plastic is red and the light shines through it, so if you used a blue bulb then it might make a purple. I guess I will have to go out and look into that.

It's okay, I'm ordering a custom one from black cat custom gauges. Silver cluster faces with light blue lighting
