corner seal plugs!!!!

ive lost some corner seal plugs out of my rebuild pack....is there anything that is okay to substitute or am i screwed and have to buy a corner seal plug kit for three plugs!? please help!!

I thought that the plugs were supposed to help with the compression a little.. I would get the plugs to have a peace of mind.

they do. they aid in starting and low RPM compression a little, but they don't make or break an engine rebuild. I have built engines without them at all, as have many people that I knew, and they started and ran perfectly. if you have them, use them. if you don't, don't. one shouldn't lose sleep over them if everything else is done right.
