what do you guys think about that corksport exhaust for the T2 rx7? i have a full raceing beat system now and want something a little louder.. just wondering if anyone is using them and like them, i always liked apexi style mufflers. and is there any power gains?

 

I'd suggest keeping your Racing Beat system. Nothing beats it's quality.

But yes, the Corksport system is louder. Much louder.

 

I doubt there have been any back-to-back dyno tests of the two systems. But I don't think louder necessarily mean more power.

 

not sure what muffler rb uses in their system for the t2 but i'd say if u want it louder just change out the mufflers for a more straight thru type like apexi or borla.

 

Why would you ever want something louder? It's typically the Honda kids that think louder = faster. If you really have to have it louder, replace the presilencer with a straight pipe.

 

i just like the sound of the motor thats all, i deffantely am not wanting crazy ricer loud tho!
