today morning after starter the engine i heard beeping sound on my FD. i was like wtf?? and check the dash. add coolant light was on, so open the cap and added almost one bottle(regualr water bottle size) of coolant. my question is on FD's coolant level sensor is sensitive? it's not that critical but the car was beeping crazy.. also.. a 1week ago samething happened to me. i added almost a bottle(regualr water bootle size) of coolant.. do you guys think i got bad coolant seal? or what?( idle fine and everything is good.) or can it be cause of after market(RE-amemiya) AST?

 

Well, if you are loosing coolant, and there is not a single coolant leak; then yes, you are eating coolant, time for a new motor eventually.

That should give you a good start into understanding the cooling system and your symptoms. I suggest you also try and get your car into a reliable shop like A-Spec to go over your car and especially the cooling system before jumping to any conclusions on what might be wrong.

The Regional Section might have other local shops you can try. Do have a rotary specialist look at the car as regular piston mechanics never diagnose problems on this car correctly. Neither does the dealer.
