Constant blinking sound after I moved fuses around?

So I was just messing around with some fuses and I decided to move my rear window wiper fuse (10A) to my power steering pump (10A) and all of a sudden now I got a consistent blinking noise whenever I drive. What can be causing this and how might I be able to fix it?

I am not sure. I noticed it when i was driving home and didnt have time to look at it. it happened only after I changed a fuse around from the rear wiper to the power steering. I'm going to put in another fuse and see what will happen if that might stop it though. I'm just not used to this halpening

Well to help things along you need to figure out whether the sound is coming from inside the car or outside to narrow things down.
