MN Clutch Went Out...

I was driving my 84 GS around yesterday, I stopped in a parking lot, turned the car off, and when I started it again the clutch went to the floor and didn't come back. Is this because of the master cylinder? The clutch fluid level was fine and there wasn't a leak in the hose to the transmission.

If the pedal ever falls to the floor, that indicates a hydraulic problem. You either have an external leak or an internal one at the master. Check the master, slave and connecting hose thoroughly.

After reading around and looking at some youtube I found my slave is the problem, the rubber boot was filled with fluid. Any tips on replacing these? it looks pretty straight forward, take off fluid hose, unscrew 2 bolts, and unattach the push rod going to the lever... Am I missing anything?

Then you bleed the system (just like brakes). You're lucky, this is much easier than replacing the clutch, and costs about 1/100th the price.
