Clutch sticking in my FC

ive been trying to do some research but ive never had this problem so im coming to you guys. Heres the problem: I was driving home from Disneyland the other day its a little of a hour drive and as i pulled of the freeway and stopped at the light i pushed in the clutch to put it in 1st and the pedal didn't comeback up i actually pulled on it with my toe and it popped out eventually i put it in 1st and drove it home i then HAD to drive it to work or risk losing my job so i drove it to work and had a little bit of a sticking issue in 1st and 2nd but after that it wasn't an issue it stuck once coming home and i haven't drove it since if you guy know what could be the problem let me know Thanks and sorry if this was a long post

It is likely the clutch hydraulics. Replace the master and slave cylinder, as well as the flex hose.

More rarely the clutch fork has bent or fallen off of the pivot. With the slave cylinder out, you can wiggle the fork and check it.
