hi all, i've used the site many times in the past but never needed to post anything so didn't register. now i'm searching for clutch info, but can't find what i'm looking for.

my clutch is slipping mostly in 3rd and 4th (haven't even tried to get into 5th), and only slips when i gas it pretty aggressively. the pedal seems to have none of the usual 'play' it should have, and it seems like i have to push the pedal all the way to the floor to get it to disengage. so i'm thinkin it's time for a new clutch.

i was searching online cause i always get better prices online than with the local parts suppliers, and got confused with the clutch plate specs. some are 225mm and others are 241mm etc. but i have no clue what that means.

i don't have any mods done to my 88 gx, everything is stock (except for the air filter). any help anyone can provide would be great. thanks.

 

The smaller clutch is for the NA, larger is for the turbo.
