clutch pedal too high!!

ok so on my 88GXL, my clutch pedal is too high or what my friends refer to it as long. but whatever. anywho i want my pedal to be closer to the ground somewhat. is there anyway i can adjust it?

Aside from physically modifying the pedal, no.

That's assuming it is working properly. Your description is a little vague.

The clutch release point is pretty high up in these cars. There's not much you can do about it.
