Clutch and body issues

Well I just purchased this 1987 Mazda RX7 5 speed AC sunroof 13B motor which sounds great. The owner had only own this car since June and the clutch pedal was to the floor and he didn't know what to do. Upon further investigation I found a leak in the slave cylinder which I purchase the only one in Augusta Georgia. Going to put that on tomorrow to see if that solves that problem. My next is really a body question. The previous owner to the one I just bought it from thinks this guy may have drifted the car and hit the lower rocker panel on the passenger side which dented up and move the door up slightly. I haven't checked on the body shop around the corner to see what they would do to pull it. But didn't know what would be easier in more cost-effective. Trying to get that straightened out at a body shop or trying to find a salvaged body and cut from the a-pillar to the b-pillar and floor and replace the whole thing
