Catless 86 NA rx7
If u still have the air pump and it works you will lose the auxiliary ports because they rely on back pressure from the cats. Other than that nothing to worry about. So just cut them out if your auxiliary ports don't work
I have a Racing Beat down pipe I took off my 86 NA only has 8K miles, like new. make you a good deal. You will want the RB Presilencer as well. It has the Aux Port supply pipe built in to it. Worked great on my car. You can toss the Air pump and its related stuff. The ACV on the side of the LIM can go as well. Don't need any more as I'm going Turbo.

Ok I have a down pipe and test pipe not installed is there a way of getting the ports still working with these because I really don't want to buy something hella expensive but if I have to I guess

According to the Racing Beat website (as far as I understood), you can only run a cat-back system on the street, as they don't allow any high-flow cats or modifications to the cats at all. You can only run a new cat if its CARB approved, and it'll only get approved if its OEM (or an OEM equivalent replacement). Someone feel free to correct anything that may be wrong; this was just what I was able to take away from what I read.

I can't say for sure, but I don't think so. I think the only way an exemption would be considered is if its registered as an antique and wears antique plates. Even with that, you're limited to how far/when you can drive it if it is registered as such. That's how it works here in VA, at least; can't imagine it being much different in Cali. More strict, sure, but not much different. My .02.
