I have a 79 rx7 and am looking for informatio on two adjusting items. The first is a capped white ajjuster located just in front of the carb at the bottom. It has no movement as the white cap prevents it from being turned. Could anyone tell me what is for and what does it adjust? The second is above and to passinger side. It is a black **** that can be turned in either direction. Agin what is it used for and what does it adjust? Thanks, Wally
