car starts and revs 3500 and sits there

The Set up:

I have a 1993 rx7 single turbo extended street port, rywire harness, adaptonic plug and play ecu, running on e85 850cc pri 1600cc sec

The Problem:

Car starts and revs to 3500, and hums there like someone is just holding the throttle open, but]

What I have Done:

i have looked at it many times i have pulled the intake all the way off to the intake ports, put new plugs on the all the unused vacuum nipples, and went thru the intake looking for any possible way for air to sneak in and cause this kind of leak, but i found nothing, i started looking at the BAC vavle thinking that it might be stuck open, but that was another dead end, i proceeded to plug the
BAC vavle hole for extra insurance to make sure it was not failing, not a big deal because the BAC vavle is not supported on the rywire harness, and i would just set the idle via idle screw,

The only thing i noticed is that the two top butterfly valves on the throttle body have a little play in the linkage, (like a soft spring) i find it hard to believe that they would be blown open by boost,

Im running out of ideas, and places to check any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Since you're running an adaptronic ecu it would probably be best to log the startup and see what's happening. Maybe post in the adaptronic section of the forum including the log file and someone may be able to help you.
