Car stalls at 3000

Car stalls at 3000

Can anyone help explain what it is? It's coming from the driver said in my fc 1989 gxl and it sounds like a hose is causing the problem. Any suggestions!

No offense,but if it "sounds like" a hose then have you looked for that sound?.
There are so many things that can make a Car not want to run correctly and they are usually SO simple that they should even be asked!
