Can't start/ no elect. my 1st gen
1985 GS
12v at batt w/ good ground (checked)
12v at Starter solinoid (checked)
I get nothing as far as electrics at all - no domelite, buzzer, no click if I try to start.
I have wiggled all the wires I can find and checked underhood grounds (w/ key on, lights "on" - so I'll know if I wiggle the right wire... nope....zip...nada....zilch...
where does the switching wire from the started lead to?
Could this be a bad relay?
all the fuselinks underhood look/feel good (pulled them all and replaced).

Is that you Jeffy? With the silver car in Jenison? If so, shoot me a PM and we'll get together. By the sound of it, you lost the center fusible link but you said you've got that covered. Anyway, we'll figure it out...

Pulled the starter - cleaned ALL the connections - had it tested at a local shop - re-installed and now we're good - had to be a 25yr old connection. (I suspect the spade connector on top of the solinoid) - but won't know for sure now.
