So I have it off its just hanging by something in the middle I have no idea what it is, I tried to remove the arm rest completely but it is connected to the cardboard/Carpet matt. But all the screws are stripped off so they wont come off. any way I figure there is a way easier way to do this. I am really stumped all the visible screws are removed. Any help?

 

You will need to remove the arm rest in order to remove the panel. The arm rest screws into the door skin. Make sure you are removing the hidden screw under the cap.
