Can you identify this piece in wheel well

It this squared piece with yellow wire? my passenger side is no longer attached to the wheel well.

just wanted some ideas as to what it could be in the meantime so that I could get a headstart to work on the weekends. Im just too occupied with work at the moment

I’m not expert, but that does not look factory, so I’m not sure anyone here could help you. You’ll likely have to trace that wire around and find out.

I've never seen anything like that before on a 7. I would see where it runs to if you are concerned about it.
