Nope. The flywheel, starter and slave cylinder (as well as clutch stuff) must match the transmission.

You need the flywheel to match the transmission. So you need a TII flywheel from your series. Since you have an S4 flywheel, you are set. Now you just need a turbo clutch plate, pressure plate, starter and slave cylinder. Also you will need to either swap to a TII rear end, axels and hubs or you will need a custom driveshaft to go from the TII transmission to the NA rear end. Oh, and a TII transmission crossmember.

The counterweight is at the front of the engine. Just bolt the flywheel on and swap the rear seal while you are at it.

sweet thanks the counter weight was what was screwing me up, i got a new clutch set up and the flywheel from the trans and the starter and the trans mount with it. all i need now is the slave cylinder and figure out a driveshaft.

do you know if the drive shafts are the same length and just the front yoke is different?
