can Defect Rotor Housing Be Serviced

Hi,

This iss my first time to this forum. I'm David from Indonesia. I just recently purchased a FD3S engine w/ transmission. When I opened up the engine, I found out that the Rotor Housing has some defects ( having scratches ). My question is that can this problem be solved ? If can, please anybody out there inform me where I can send it for repair ?

Yr reply is highly apppreciated. Thanks a lot.
