can anybody help me out
My 88 gxl had a fuel pump kill switch before and the guy I bought it from cut the wires to it and just wired the original back together really crappy. It's a basic three position toggle switch and I just need to know what wire goes where on it. It still has the loop on it for up and down to be off. And do I need to run it from the cut wires to the switch then back to the other side of the cut wire? Thanks for any help.... just got it 5 days ago and it has flooded 4 times already.... and I know my brother already told me that's how rx's are lol.... please help someon

How many wires do you have that would go to the switch?
If the switch has three terminals on the back and you only have two wires, you should probably take the middle terminal and one other terminal. (Either one. If the On/Off positions are wrong, just swap to the other terminal... But you always have to use the middle one.)
