Buying a new one
So i getting ready to go look at a 87 rx7 next week with 250,000 miles a new alternater and a new battery thats all the info that he gave me.
the guy wants to trade me for my 74 ford f250 that runs perfectly i love this truck.
i dont really need the rx7 but I've become kind of addicted to them i'm just basically asking if this car sounds like a good trade for my truck.

If the truck is worth more than $750 to you, keep it. The rx-7 will generally not "run perfectly," especially with that kind of mileage. If you enjoy working on cars and do not need the toy to be reliable, then rx-7s are great. Lots of bang for the buck assuming you can fix it yourself.
