Hello. I recently went to look at purchasing an S5 FC, and one of the things that came up was that it had a broken (I believe passenger) windshield wiper. Is this something that could be down to faulty connections, or is it just the wiper needing to be replaced? Also, what would be a rough estimate of the price to fix said wiper? Thank you in advance for your help.

you'll need to clarify what you mean by "broken". are wither the arm or blade assembly physically broken in some way or do you simply mean it doesn't move?

Sorry about not clarifying; the arm just doesn't move. The owner said that he was driving in the rain one day, and when he turned on the wipers, only the driver's side wiper came on.
