Hi.

So my sliding sunroof is broken, it woudent open and close, so i removed the whole assembly and found out that one if the cables connecting to the slider has snapped, and im missing the wnd deflector.

Can i get those parts new, or the whole sunroof assembly new, or do i have to get a second hand sunroof?

Here is a pic of the wire that has snapped, and the slider the cables is attached to.

Anyone konw what i can do to fix this? any onther cars that use the same system, that i can grab parts from, or do i have the get a new sunroof?

 

I am also in this mess. Gotta roll down the windows on the highway or the pressure will suck the sunroof up.

I have no rods or cables. I MIGHT have the motor, but i'm not sure.
