I have a 1994 that is completely stock (engine-wise), and when I started it last night, any throttle I would give it past the point where the first turbo spools would kill it, or it would make sputtering noises and smell like unburnt fuel.

So basically:
- No idle problems
- Revs fine to 2500-ish RPM
- Sputters and dies after 2500 if boosting
- Compression seems fine, not an apex seal.

HELP?!! It's making me sick seeing my baby like this...
