blitz dual sbc boost controller not changing boost

ok heres the issue i have an 1972 rx2 with an 1989 turbo 2 13b in it have an upgraded bosh fuel pump and an areo motive fpr costum headers and an upgaded turbo t3/t4 with a 7psi internal wategate. i installed an blitz dual sbc spec s boost contoller i had lying around. but i cant get the boost to increase at all cant get the boost to go over .51 bars witch is about 7.2-7.3 psi. im trying to get to 10 psi or even more if possible but cant get over 7 or so can some one help.

How have you plumbed the controller?

Are you using the stock ECU? If so, did you bypass the stock boost solenoid?

the controller has pluming. i am using the stock ecu, is the stock boost solenoid the pressure sensor if so i removed the line and blocked it off but that didnt help

Everything looks correct in your video but I'm not really familiar with this specific boost controller. Does it have a setting for the type of wastegate used? Make sure that it is set to a swing valve/flapper and not a poppet type.

How many ports does the solenoid have?

the solenoid has 3 ports one in one out and one bleeder.

the thing is i had it working in my 240 with no problems
