blinkers/turn signals not working
When I pull the switch up or down to indicate turning left or right, nothing happens. I checked the dash wiring harness leading to the switch and it is fine. The TURN and HAZARD fuses are also fine. When I hit the red hazard switch on the dash the hazard lights come on and I get both arrows flashing on the dash. What could be the problem?

There is a test procedure in the FSM.

It's kind of odd to have a switch totally dead, though I have seen it before.
When the left turn signal indicator is used w/key to on, the Green/Red wire will have battery voltage. When the right turn signal is used then the Green/Yellow wire will have battery voltage. These two wires are found in a seven wire plug at the CPU.
