Just wonder what ecu everyone think would be the best ecu for running a 20b?

are you looking for a piggy back for fuel? or are you looking to go to an independent ecu?

There isn't a best. I would go with whatever your local tuner is comfortable with.

Most popular for the 20B are Microtech LTX(S)-12 and Haltech E11.
