It's Britney b*tch!
Congrats on your purchase!
Replacing your driver's door lock actuator should fix the issue of you not being able to open you cars door. These are usually a PIA to do, just a heads-up.
As far as you not receiving power, check your battery's voltage. If your sitting between 12-14V and still not getting power to the main harness, then you need to check all connections, connectors and run up and down your battery harness. Start with the battery connectors by ensuring that they are actually tightened on the battery. A lot of ppl overlook that.
Good luck!
