Unhappy alot of issue need help!

CAR:1993 RX7 W/72K MILES.
hi, just recently bought my 93RX7.i bought it from a car dealer all the way from ontario and drove it back to san diego a little bit over 100miles. and then the next day i replaced the 1" hose thats being kinked and pinched in between the engine and my turbo intake pipe with a little bit smaller than 1".after replacing the hose i took her out for a spin and decided to get some gas since im running low. not even 1 mile away from my house i heard a "POP" sound coming from my engine bay and car stalled with engine and battery light on. so i was thinking i might just ran out of gas.so i refilled it with gas and tried to start it back up.it started back up and i decided just to go back home.on my way home she stalled again with full tank of gas.so the time that i arrived back home i re-installed the 1" hose that i just replaced. did another test run and she still stalls.decided to bring it to one of the rx7 specialist that i know and on my way stalled on me 5 times.so i decided to just go back home first.tried to troubleshoot it my self.see whats going on.based on my observation my idle went up to 1k-1.5k rpm. and light on my dashboard(gauges) started to flicker. and when i step on my brake firmly she stalls. i re adjusted my idle in the throttle body by just like what the manual says(turn all the way and 1/4-1/2 turn back) and still have the problem.im assuming this is a huge vacuum leak.or it could be worst apex seal?(hope not) any solution? i dont know where in my engine bay that "POP" sound came from.im not gonna be able to troubleshoot after i get back from my travel. Thanks in advance for the help!

I think i found it.

Ok.heres some update.just got back.checked the engine ones again.thinking its a vacuum leak.did the diagnostic using the diagnostic grounding.engine is fine.then sprayed carb cleaner, rpm ddidnt went up.means no vacuum leak.check electrical wires.found out that the wire that is hooked up to the alternated the one that you unplug is grounded and sticking together.put some electric tape for temporary fix and it started back up normal then tachometer ddnt fluctuate.engine ddint stall when pressing break.everything seems fine.and test drove it.on my way back found another problem. On my garage where i left my car for 4 days has fuel.that means i got fuel leak this time.hehe.new problem.keep fixing it.ill fix it tomrw.time to spend some precious time with my wife.

Check out WHERE the fuel leak is before you start that Puppy up.
I would NOT look for a Fuel leak on a Car IN a Garage, attached to My HOUSE!..
do it outside too!..safety,safety,safety!(extinguisher if possible)
Remember it's a Car,you can't live in it(too small anyways)...Besides your wife would kill you if the car caught the house on fire!
